Samantha leads Ethos Advisors’ advisory practice, where she supports financial institutions, investors and companies in integrating sustainability and impact considerations across their strategies, operations and investment activities. Samantha has dedicated her career to working alongside Canada’s leading companies to embed sustainable practices within their decision-making, performance management and value-creation processes.

Prior to launching Ethos Advisors, Samantha spent six years at a multinational consulting firm across their management consulting, sustainability and deal advisory practices where she specialized in the financial services sector and alternative investments. As an early team member of the sustainability advisory practice, Samantha brings deep expertise in sustainability strategy, climate transition, sustainable investing and ESG reporting.

Earlier in her career, she worked at a Los Angeles-based boutique agency supporting brand strategy development for Fortune 500 companies. Samantha holds a degree from the University of Southern California in business management and international relations.
